Xiaomi’s CEO, Lei Jun, recently unveiled HyperOS 2, the latest version of the company’s operating system. Along with the announcement, he revealed which devices will be eligible for the update, giving Xiaomi users a glimpse of what’s to come with this new software.
Xiaomi HyperOS 2 will run on Android 15, bringing a host of exciting new features to Xiaomi devices. One of the standout additions is HyperAI, which offers things like an adaptive lock screen, voice-to-text transcription, AI-driven anti-fraud protection, customizable widgets, and dynamic animations.
There’s also HyperConnect, designed to simplify app and data transfers, and HyperCore, which minimizes CPU idle time to boost performance and enhance graphics. These updates aim to make the overall experience faster, smarter, and more seamless.
