Samsung has officially unveiled its newest mid-range smartphones, the Galaxy A36 5G and Galaxy A56 5G, in the Philippines. These devices are designed to offer high-end features at an affordable price, boasting impressive specifications for users looking for reliable performance and great value.

Both the Galaxy A36 and A56 feature sleek designs with 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED displays, delivering vibrant visuals and sharp details. With a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1200 nits peak brightness, the displays provide a smooth and immersive viewing experience, making them ideal for gaming and multimedia consumption.
Under the hood, the Galaxy A56 is powered by the Exynos 1380 chipset, while the Galaxy A36 runs on the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor. Both phones come with 8GB of RAM, ensuring smooth multitasking, and offer storage options of either 128GB or 256GB, providing ample space for apps, photos, and videos.
In terms of cameras, the Galaxy A56 features a 50MP primary camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and a 5MP macro lens, while the A36 offers similar capabilities with a 50MP main sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. The Galaxy A36 is priced from PHP 19,990, while the A56 starts at PHP 23,990. They will be available in stores by March 17, 2025, and online by March 24, 2025.
