Xiaomi is making a splash in the flip foldable market with its Mix Flip, and it’s clear they’re going all out with their first attempt!
One standout feature is the 4.01-inch cover screen, which matches the Motorola Razr+ 2024 as the largest in its class. Xiaomi calls it the All-Around Liquid outer display, and it offers a 16:9 area for running full apps or placing widgets. The Mix Flip also boasts a substantial 4,780mAh battery, one of the largest in the segment. It supports 67W HyperCharge, making it nearly the fastest charging option available.
Flipping open the Mix Flip reveals another impressive screen—a 6.86-inch 120Hz OLED display with a peak brightness of 3,000 nits. Under the hood, the Xiaomi Mix Flip is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and features a 3500mm² vapor chamber for cooling.
Embedded in the cover screen are two 50MP cameras. The main camera is a 50MP f/1.7 unit with 1.0µm binned pixels. The second camera is a 50MP f/2.0 with a 46mm focal length, providing 2x zoom. It features a floating lens, allowing it to focus as close as 9cm.
Thanks to the mechanical hinge, you can use the cameras on the Xiaomi Mix Flip at any angle between 45° and 135°.
The Xiaomi Mix Flip is available in Black, White, Purple, and a special Nylon fiber edition. The Mix Flip can be had in 16GB/1TB, 12/512GB and 12/256GB, starting at CNY 5,999 (€760/£640/$820/PHP 44,895, converted).
