TCL marked a major milestone as it celebrated the conclusion of the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026, reinforcing its role as a Worldwide Olympic and Paralympic Partner. Throughout the global event, TCL played a critical role in transforming how audiences, athletes, and broadcasters experienced the Games, bringing together innovation and storytelling on one of the world’s biggest stages.
The TCL Olympic Winter Games presence extended across multiple touchpoints, from broadcast infrastructure to immersive public installations, all designed to deliver a more connected and emotionally engaging viewing experience.
Powering Global Broadcast and Athlete Experience
At the International Broadcast Center, the heart of Olympic media operations, TCL deployed over 330 TV screens and more than 300 commercial display units. These systems enabled broadcasters and production teams to monitor events in real time, ensuring seamless global coverage for millions of viewers.
Beyond broadcasting, TCL also enhanced the athlete experience within the Olympic Villages. Smart home appliances provided comfort and convenience, while optimized display systems supported the “Athlete Moment,” facilitating over 350 real-time emotional connections between athletes and their loved ones.

This combination of infrastructure and human connection highlights how the TCL Olympic Winter Games involvement went beyond technology, focusing on the emotional depth of the Olympic experience.
Bringing Technology Closer to the Public
TCL extended its presence beyond competition venues by engaging directly with the public through immersive installations in Milan.
The “Wishes For Greatness” Winter Wonderland transformed Piazza del Duomo into a festive space, featuring sport-themed igloos and interactive displays that celebrated both the season and the Olympic spirit.
Meanwhile, TCL Edelweiss Land in Piazza Duca d’Aosta welcomed more than 91,000 visitors. The 500-square-meter space showcased TCL’s latest innovations, including next-generation home appliances, SQD Mini-LED televisions, and RayNeo AR smart glasses. Visitors were also able to create personalized souvenirs, blending technology with memorable real-world experiences.

Celebrating Human Stories Through Innovation
TCL’s campaign, “It’s Your Greatness,” found its meaning through the athletes themselves. Members of Team TCL demonstrated resilience, discipline, and determination, inspiring audiences worldwide to pursue their own version of greatness.
Reflecting on the milestone, TCL Founder and Chairman Li Dongsheng emphasized that innovation should always serve a deeper purpose. For TCL, the goal has always been to create technology that enhances lives, and the Olympic Games provided a global stage to bring that vision to life.
This philosophy was echoed by International Olympic Committee President Kirsty Coventry, who highlighted how technology partners like TCL are reshaping how the Games are experienced, making them more immersive, connected, and accessible to global audiences.
Looking Ahead to the Paralympic Winter Games
As the Olympic Winter Games concluded, TCL’s focus now shifts to the upcoming Paralympic Winter Games, taking place from March 6 to 15. The company will continue supporting athletes, including Brazilian para athletes Aline Rocha and Cristian Ribera, as they compete on the global stage.
With its long-term commitment as a Worldwide Olympic and Paralympic Partner, TCL aims to build on the success of Milano Cortina 2026. The company continues to invest in innovation that enhances how audiences experience global sporting events, ensuring that technology serves not just performance, but also connection and storytelling.
