Xiaomi has introduced a new budget-friendly tablet, the Redmi Pad SE 8.7 4G. It’s a more compact version of last year’s Redmi Pad SE, featuring updated specs and a redesigned camera island.
As the name suggests, it comes with an 8.7-inch HD+ LCD display that runs at a smooth 90Hz refresh rate.
This tablet is powered by the 4G-enabled MediaTek Helio G85, and it comes with at least 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage.

The Redmi Pad SE 8.7 4G is now available for pre-order in Europe, starting at GBP 119 (around Php 8.7K) for the 4GB+64GB version. There’s also a 4G-only variant priced at GBP 149 (around Php 10.9K) for the same configuration.
