Realme has officially confirmed the launch date for its 14 Pro series in India: January 16, 2024, at 12 PM local time. After weeks of teasing, the brand is ten days away from unveiling the highly anticipated 14 Pro and 14 Pro+ models. Both models will support 5G connectivity.
The 14 Pro series will come in three color options: Suede Grey, Jaipur Pink, and Bikaner Purple. The latter two colors will be exclusive to the Indian market. Both devices are impressively slim at just 7.55mm thick and feature 1.6mm bezels along the top and sides of the screen, contributing to a sleek, modern design. The display itself is quad-curved, offering a 42-degree curvature with a “1.5K” resolution and a 3,840 Hz PWM dimming for smooth, flicker-free viewing, providing an enhanced experience for both everyday use and multimedia consumption.
One standout feature of the 14 Pro series is the rear camera setup. It includes what Realme calls a “world-first” triple flash. This unique feature delivers clear and vibrant photos, even in low or color-variable ambient lighting. This will be a key selling point for the devices, enhancing photography in challenging conditions. In fact, we’ve already seen camera samples, and the results look promising. The extended teaser period has made a hands-on preview of the 14 Pro+ available. This gives consumers a glimpse of what to expect in terms of design and performance.
The official unveiling is just around the corner. The Realme 14 Pro series is shaping up to be an exciting addition to the smartphone market. The upcoming launch will make a significant impact with its design, display, camera innovations, and India-exclusive color options and features.
