The Poco M4 Pro 5G was officially introduced as the M3 Pro 5G’s successor. A 6.6-inch FHD+ Dot Display with a 90Hz refresh rate, a MediaTek Dimensity 810 CPU, up to 6GB of RAM, up to 128GB of storage, and a 5,000mAh battery with 33W rapid charging are all included.

The Poco M4 Pro 5G’s display is somewhat larger, measuring 6.6″ diagonally (up from 6.5″) and maintaining the 1080p+ resolution (20:9) and 90Hz refresh rate. The sampling rate for touch has been increased to 240Hz (up from 180Hz). The display has been significantly brightened to 450 nits (up from 400 nits) and is still protected by Gorilla Glass 3.

The camera panel on the back was restored to its full width (no hump – only the region containing the lenses and flash was raised). The main camera has been upgraded to a 50MP sensor (up from 48MP 1/2.0″), but the most significant modification is the addition of an 8MP ultrawide camera with a 119o field of view, which will give the M4 Pro more versatility when shooting. In addition, the selfie camera’s resolution has been increased to 16 MP.

These aren’t camera phones; instead, they’re low-cost 5G phones with long battery life. The Dimensity 810 chipset, a 6nm version of the Dimensity 700 (7nm) that powered the M3 Pro, provides a 5G connection.

The phone’s second element of the mission statement is that it has a 5,000 mAh battery, which is the same as the previous iteration. Charge speed has been improved with the bundled 33W adapter (up from 18W), allowing for a 0-100 percent charge in 59 minutes. A quick top-up of ten minutes is enough to watch approximately two and a half hours of video.

Stereo speakers are included in this model, which was missing in the M3 version. The 3.5 mm headphone connector, as well as the microSD expansion slot, are still present. NFC is supported (depending on area), and the fingerprint reader is integrated into the Power key on the side.

Power Black (on top), Poco Yellow (in the middle), and Cool Blue (on the bottom) are the three colors available for the Poco M4 Pro 5G.
