The Philippine Startup Week 2025 (PHSW 2025) returns on November 10–14, shining the spotlight on Filipino innovation and empowering startups to reach global markets.

This year’s theme — “Scaling Filipino Innovation: Start Local, Go Global” — captures the event’s mission to help startups grow beyond borders and showcase the world-class talent emerging from the Philippines.
Organized by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), and Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), PHSW continues to serve as the nation’s premier startup gathering. In partnership with the National Development Company (NDC) and SCALE NCR (Strategic and Collaborative Alliance for Leveraging Ecosystems of Startups), the event unites founders, investors, and enablers in building the country’s innovation ecosystem.
Philippine Startup Week 2025 at the New Philippine Innovation Hub

The celebration of Filipino ingenuity takes place at the newly opened Philippine Innovation Hub in Marikina. Spanning five floors, the hub will feature multiple conference stages, community activities, a startup expo, and partner booths — all designed to create a collaborative environment for founders and investors alike.
The Philippine Startup Week 2025 is more than just a series of talks. It’s a movement that connects the startup community through its five signature tracks:
- Discover – Exploring technopreneurship and how to launch a venture.
- Collaborate – Partnering with stakeholders to drive innovation and growth.
- Develop – Strengthening ideas through mentorship and support.
- Showcase – Highlighting promising tech startups through pitching sessions.
- Invest – Fueling breakthrough ventures that shape industries.
Championing Filipino Innovation on the Global Stage
Delegates can expect insights from key government leaders and startup advocates, including updates from the Innovation Startup Act (ISA) Steering Committee on policies that will strengthen the national startup ecosystem.
Attendees will also have opportunities to connect with venture capital (VC) firms, startup champions, and entrepreneurs who are scaling global operations.
“Philippine Startup Week 2025 is more than a conference — it’s a catalyst for collaboration, inspiration, and sustainable innovation,” said a representative from the National Development Company.
By fostering partnerships between public and private sectors, PHSW 2025 aims to position Filipino startups as regional and global players.
