Oppo has launched two new models in its Reno13 series: the Reno13 F 4G and Reno13 F 5G. The primary distinction between the two is their chipsets: the 5G variant is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1, while the 4G version features the Helio G100. Both models come with LPDDR4X RAM—8/12GB for the 5G version and 8GB for the 4G one. The 5G model also boasts faster UFS 3.1 storage options (128/256/512GB), while the 4G version uses UFS 2.2 (256/512GB). Both devices include a microSD slot for additional storage.
Both the Reno13 F 4G and 5G share a 6.67-inch OLED display with 1080p+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and peak brightness of 1,200 nits. The screens cover 100% of the sRGB and DCI-P3 color gamuts and are protected by Dragontrail Star 2 glass. In terms of durability, the phones are IP6X dust-tight and have an IPX6/IPX8/IPX9 rating for water resistance, meaning they can survive submersion in 2 meters of water for 30 minutes, and resist hot water jets at 80°C.
For cameras, both models feature a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. The 5G version supports 4K video recording, while the 4G model is limited to 1080p. On the front, there’s a 32MP selfie camera.
Both models are powered by a 5,800mAh battery, offering over 14 hours of light gaming. They support 45W SuperVOOC Flash Charge, achieving a 44% charge in just 30 minutes. The Reno13 F models come in four colors: Plume Purple, Graphite Gray, Skyline Blue, and Luminous Blue.
The phones will initially launch in the Asia-Pacific region, with pricing and availability details expected soon.
