The Oppo Find N5 is set to launch on February 20, and much of its key features have already been revealed, showing off its sleek, thin profile and lightweight design. Today, a full rundown of its internals surfaced through its certification by China’s TENAA agency, offering insights into its displays, cameras, and memory options.

The Oppo Find N5, model number PKH120, will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, featuring a custom 7-core CPU for a high-performance experience. Its foldable display will boast a large 8.12-inch diagonal, while the cover screen will measure 6.62 inches—both a noticeable increase over its predecessor, the Find N3, in terms of screen size.
On the rear, the Find N5 will feature a triple-camera setup, including two 50 MP sensors paired with an 8 MP camera. This appears to be a downgrade from the Find N3’s 48 MP dual cameras and a 64 MP sensor. However, it’s too soon to make any definitive conclusions about image quality, as we don’t yet know the sensor sizes, which can significantly impact performance.
The front-facing cameras have also seen a reduction in resolution, with both the cover and foldable screens featuring 8 MP sensors, compared to the 32 MP and 20 MP front cameras found on the previous model.
Memory options for the Find N5 include 12 GB or 16 GB of RAM, along with storage options of 256 GB, 512 GB, and 1 TB. The exact combination of RAM and storage configurations will be clarified at the launch event next week, along with the pricing details for the foldable device.
As the launch draws near, more information will be unveiled, offering a clearer picture of Oppo’s latest flagship foldable.
