Nubia has announced that the Z70 Ultra will be officially unveiled in China on November 21 at 2:00 PM local time. In addition to the launch details, the company has also given us a first look at the phone, showcasing its sleek, slim bezels on the front.
The Nubia Z70 Ultra will feature a 6.85-inch “1.5K” display with an impressive screen-to-body ratio of 95.3%, according to Nubia. The display will support a smooth 144 Hz refresh rate, reach a peak brightness of 2,000 nits, and offer a pixel density of 430 ppi. The bezels around the screen will be just 1.25 mm thin, contributing to its sleek, modern look.
The nubia Z70 Ultra will feature an under-display camera, powered by an AI Transparent Algorithm 7.0, which means there won’t be a notch or hole for the selfie camera. The screen, sourced from BOE, will maintain a clean, uninterrupted design. As the flagship’s launch approaches on Thursday, Nubia is expected to reveal more details about the device. The company has already shared that the Z70 Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, promising top-tier performance.
