The iQOO Z9 Turbo+ has officially launched in China today, bringing significant upgrades over the Z9 Turbo, including a new chipset, a larger battery, Wi-Fi 7 support, and improved water and dust resistance.
MediaTek’s Dimensity 9300+ chipset powers the Z9 Turbo+, stepping up from the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 in the Z9 Turbo. It features a 6,400 mAh silicon-carbon battery, promising up to 16.4 hours of online video playback. Plus, it retains the convenience of 80W wired charging for those quick power-ups.
The Z9 Turbo+ also features an upgraded IP65 rating for water and dust resistance, a step up from the IP64 rating of the iQOO Z9 Turbo.
Everything else remains consistent, with a stunning 6.78-inch AMOLED display boasting FHD+ resolution and a smooth 144Hz refresh rate. The camera setup includes a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 16MP selfie camera, all carried over from its predecessor. Plus, it runs on OriginOS 4, which is based on Android 14, ensuring a fresh and user-friendly experience.
The iQOO Z9 Turbo+ is available in three stunning colors: Moon Shadow Titanium, Starlight White, and Midnight Black. In China, pricing starts at CNY 2,299, (~ ₱18,600), for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage model. The top-tier version with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage costs CNY 2,899 (~₱23,400). Open sales in China kick off today, so it’s a great time to check it out!
