Apple Music is bringing back its three-month free trial for new subscribers—just in time for those who haven’t yet tried the service. After cutting the trial period to just one month in 2022, Apple is offering the extended three-month trial again, but only until September 22. This deal is available to anyone who hasn’t previously used Apple Music through Apple One, a Family plan, or a direct subscription.
To get started, open the updated app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac, and you should see the offer pop up. If not, go to the Home tab and tap the “Accept Now” button under the offer.
Once you’re signed up, you can enjoy ad-free listening from the companies Music’s catalog of over 100 million songs, along with Apple Music 1 Radio and more, on any supported device or through the web. Just remember, after the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at $10.99 per month. If you don’t want to be charged, make sure to cancel before the trial period wraps up.
Additionally, Apple offers a similar three-month free trial for those who purchase new Apple devices.
With over 100 million tracks, great video content, and awesome human-curated radio stations, Apple Music has something for every music fan to enjoy.
Forbes reports that Apple Music holds a 13.7% market share, making it the second most popular paid music streaming service in the US, right behind Spotify Premium, which leads with 30.7% and also offers a three-month free trial.
