AI is rapidly making its way into nearly every corner of tech, and CES 2025 is no exception. Acer, a familiar name in the laptop world, is leading the charge with the introduction of its new Swift Go AI series, pushing AI integration further into notebooks and beyond.
Swift Go 16, 14 AI
Acer is now bringing AI features to a more budget-friendly market with the new Swift Go 16 AI and Swift Go 14 AI, designed to boost productivity for students and young professionals without breaking the bank.
Both models are powered by the new AMD Ryzen AI 300 processor, built on Zen 5 architecture. With eight high-performance cores and 16 threads, it can reach speeds up to 5.0GHz. The series also includes the AMD XDNA 2 NPU, offering up to 50 TOPS for advanced tasks. For graphics, the AMD Radeon 800M ensures smooth gaming and editing experiences.
While the two models differ in size, they both offer up to an OLED display with 3K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, with IPS touchscreen options for added convenience.
Aspire 14 AI
If battery life is your top priority, the Aspire 14 AI has you covered, designed to keep you going through long workdays. It’s said to last up to 22 hours on a single charge while playing videos.
Inside, it packs up to an Intel Core i7 processor with an integrated NPU and up to 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM. You can choose between a 16:10 OLED or WUXGA touchscreen for the display. For added versatility, it also features a 180-degree hinge, letting you lay the entire notebook flat on a surface.
Aspire S, Aspire C, Revo Box
For those looking for more power, Acer has introduced a range of AIOs equipped with AI. First up is the Acer Aspire S AI series, available in S24 and S27 versions, depending on your screen size preference. These models feature up to Intel Core Ultra processors, deliver up to 48 TOPS, and include integrated Intel Arc graphics. They also include a wireless full-size keyboard for convenience.
For power users, the Aspire C AI series offers even beefier specs. Available in 23.8-inch and 27-inch sizes, these AIOs come with an AMD Ryzen AI 300 chipset, AMD Radeon 800M GPU, up to 64GB of DDR5 memory, and up to 1TB of M.2 PCIe SSD storage.
Straddling the line between these two, Acer’s Revo Box packs power into an ultra-light mini-PC. Weighing just 0.5 kilograms, it features an Intel Core Ultra processor, up to 32GB of LPDDR5X memory, and up to 1TB SSD storage. It also offers a range of display options with DisplayPort, HDMI 2.1, and USB 4 ports.
