Sony is showcasing its latest innovations at CES® 2025 under the theme “Creative Entertainment Vision,” outlining its long-term goals. At the press conference on January 6, Hiroki Totoki, Sony’s President, introduced new initiatives to enhance creative freedom. These included an advanced vehicle processing system and cutting-edge spatial content creation technologies. The company spotlighted projects aimed at expanding its fan base, including a “Ghost of Tsushima: Legends” anime and the new “Crunchyroll Manga” app. It also shared updates on “The Last of Us” season 2.
In collaboration with Roger Goodell, Commissioner of the US National Football League, Sony discussed the latest advancements in sports entertainment. The partnership highlighted new opportunities for enhancing fan experiences. Sony Honda Mobility introduced its new electric vehicle, the “AFEELA 1,” as part of its ongoing innovation push. Sony will release the vehicle in 2025.
Totoki concluded the press conference by highlighting Sony’s commitment to collaborating with creators, partners, and its teams.
