Samsung launched the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro last month, but soon after shipping began, users discovered a critical issue with the silicone tip plastic breaking. This prompted Samsung to halt sales.
The good news is that the issue has been resolved, and Samsung has resumed shipping the flagship earbuds in Europe and the United States.
Samsung representatives confirmed that the issue was related to quality control. With the improved process in place, the units are now shipping to new owners.
If you pre-ordered the Buds 3 Pro but haven’t received them yet check your order status. For those who were hesitant to pre-order, the Buds 3 Pro are now available for purchase.
