The Samsung Galaxy S25 series isn’t set to launch until January, but that hasn’t stopped the steady flow of leaks over the past few months. One recent leak hinted at a slimmer Galaxy S25 Ultra, and now we’ve got some possible dimensions to back it up.
Tipster Ice Universe posted the Galaxy S25 Ultra’s dimensions on Twitter, claiming that the phone measures 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2mm. Check out the screenshot below.

These new measurements hint that the Galaxy S25 Ultra will be even thinner than first expected. In June, Ice Universe reported it would be 8.4mm thick. Regardless, this would make the S25 Ultra the slimmest Samsung Ultra phone since the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra (8.1mm) and the thinnest Galaxy S Ultra model to date.
The new dimensions also suggest that the Galaxy S25 Ultra could be narrower than the Galaxy S24 Ultra (79mm). This might be due to the phone potentially having flat edges, but we’ll have to wait for leaked renders to confirm that.
As for hardware upgrades, don’t expect anything major. Rumors suggest the phone will feature a 3x 50MP telephoto camera, a solid upgrade over the older 3x 10MP sensor. However, leaks indicate no big changes when it comes to battery capacity, charging speeds, or the other cameras.
