Xiaomi launched the global version of the Redmi Note 14 today, following its debut in India a month ago. The global model mirrors the Indian variant, but with one key improvement in the camera setup.

A new LTE-only variant also joins the lineup, featuring a different chipset, design, and camera system. This LTE model comes with a MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, an older option, offering a more affordable choice for users.

The global Redmi Note 14 retains its 6.67-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It also boasts a 20MP front camera housed in a punch hole.

On the back, the global version features a 108MP main camera with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. It improves on its predecessor with an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance, as well as a 3.5mm audio jack, a rare feature in modern smartphones.

The Redmi Note 14 is powered by a 5,110mAh battery with 45W wired charging. A 45W PD charger is bundled in most regions, except the EU due to new regulations. The device runs Xiaomi’s HyperOS on Android 14, featuring AI-powered tools like AI Erase, AI Sky, and AI Beautify. It also includes the Gemini app for generative AI tools.

Color options include Black, Purple, and Coral Green. Memory configurations vary by market, with 6/128GB, 8/256GB, and 12/512GB options. Pricing will be revealed shortly.

The LTE-only variant of the Redmi Note 14, which uses the Helio G99, sacrifices performance for a more budget-friendly option. It keeps the 108MP main camera, but without OIS, and replaces the ultrawide lens with a 2MP depth sensor. The front camera is the same 20MP unit.

The LTE model also maintains the 6.67” AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, but with a lower peak brightness of 1,800 nits. It comes with a larger 5,500mAh battery and 33W wired charging support.

This variant has an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance, along with the 3.5mm audio jack. It runs HyperOS on Android 14, featuring basic AI tools.

Available in Black, Purple, Blue, and Lime Green, the LTE model offers memory options of 6/128GB, 8/128GB, and 8/256GB, with pricing starting at €200/£180 for the base variant. More pricing details and availability will be announced regionally.
