Realme today announced a new budget tablet in India, the Pad 2 Lite. Unveiled alongside the Realme P2 Pro 5G smartphone, the tablet focuses on delivering the essentials for a competitive price point. Let’s go through its details here.
The realme Pad 2 Lite stands out with its faux leather back cover, available in Space Grey or Nebula Purple. On the front, it features a 10.95-inch 2K Eye Comfort display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 1 billion colors, and 450 nits of peak brightness. Under the hood, it packs a 2.2GHz Helio G99 octa-core processor paired with a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.
The realme Pad 2 Lite now offers a base version with 4GB of RAM, though you can upgrade to 8GB for smoother multitasking. Storage options include 128GB and 256GB, both expandable via a microSD card slot up to 1TB. It packs an 8,300mAh battery and supports 15W fast charging.
For cameras, it comes equipped with an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front-facing shooter. The quad speakers with OReality Audio enhance the audio, and the two microphones ensure clear sound capture.
In terms of connectivity, you get dual-band WiFi (2.4GHz/5GHz) and Bluetooth 5.2. It runs on Realme UI 5.0 for Pad, offering a smooth and intuitive user experience.

The 4GB/128GB model of the realme Pad 2 Lite costs INR 14,999 (about PHP 9.9K), and the 8GB/256GB version costs INR 16,999 (around PHP 11.4K). It’s only available in India, but you can check it out on Realme’s website. No news has surfaced about its launch in the Philippines.
