Alongside the 13 5G and 13+ 5G smartphones, Realme introduced a new pair of true wireless earbuds today: the Realme Buds T01. These budget-friendly earbuds don’t come with active noise canceling, but they do feature “AI Environmental Noise Cancellation” for calls, helping to reduce background noise so the person you’re talking to can hear you clearly.

The Buds T01 offer up to 28 hours of total battery life with the case, while the earbuds alone can last 7 hours on a single charge. They feature 12mm dynamic drivers and are rated IPX4 for splash resistance. You’ll also get support for Google Fast Pair and the Realme Link app.

For gamers, there’s an 88ms low-latency mode, and they come with Bluetooth 5.4. Available in black and white, these buds also support fast charging—just 10 minutes gives you two hours of playback.

The Buds T01 are available to purchase in India from Realme, Flipkart, Amazon, and select retail stores for INR 1,299 (~ PHP 870).

Realme

Realme, founded on May 4, 2018, by former Oppo VP Sky Li, started as a sub-brand of Oppo but is now an independent company.

The company operates in over 60 markets globally, including China, India, Europe, Southeast Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa.

The company’s popularity online comes from its successful use of community-driven resources like Facebook. In November 2018, Realme Philippines created the Squad Leader Program. In 2024, Realme’s Squad Leader Program consists of 14 members, two of whom were part of the original trio of Squad Leaders.
