7-Eleven has teamed up with Pokémon this month, bringing an exciting partnership that blends the convenience store giant with one of the most beloved media franchises.
Pokémon has captured hearts with its video games, animated series, films, trading cards, and mobile apps. Its zest for exploration provides an irresistible thrill for fans and 7-Eleven alike. The partnership launched on September 13, 2024, with a ribbon-cutting at 7-Eleven Centris 1 in Quezon City. Representatives from the 7-Eleven Philippines, The Pokémon Company, and Niantic Inc. attended the milestone event.
7-Eleven Centris 1 in Quezon City debuted with full-themed decor, with 7-Eleven Arnaiz Avenue in Makati and 7-Eleven St. Theresa Casa Rosario in Cebu to follow soon. To add to the fun, 7-Eleven Centris 1 and all Philippine 7-Eleven stores now serve as PokéStops in Pokémon Go. Visit your nearest branch for the full Pokémon experience and catch your favorite Pokémon using the Pokémon GO app.
Gamers can then take a break from playing and enjoy their go-to 7-Eleven products wrapped in themed packaging. Crunch Time features Pikachu, Squirtle, Charmander, and Bulbasaur; 7-Fresh Siopao has Pikachu and Snorlax; Big Bite includes Meowth; Fundae offers Jigglypuff; GULP showcases Gyarados; City Cafe has Eevee, Flareon, and Jolteon for the different cup sizes; and Prima features Umbreon. The themed packaging is currently available in 7-Eleven Luzon stores but will be implemented across the country in October.
