The Nothing Phone (2a) is on its way, and we might finally have a glimpse of its design.
An official press image of the upcoming device has surfaced, aiming to debunk earlier hands-on images (owing to the dual camera being in the wrong position). This image hints that the Phone (2a) won’t feature a Glyph interface.
While the rear panel bears a resemblance to the company’s signature design language, it appears that the smartphone will have some unique aspects, that deviate from initial expectations. This could signify an intentional move to set apart the flagship number series from the upcoming, more budget-friendly ‘a’ series.
Back in December 2023, we exclusively leaked the wallpapers of the Nothing Phone, offering a sneak peek into what was to come.
Previous rumors have provided us with a fairly solid understanding of the specifications: a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, powered by the Dimensity 7200 chipset paired with either 8GB or 12GB of RAM, and offering 128GB or 256GB of storage. The Phone 2a is anticipated to sport a pair of 50MP cameras on the rear and is rumored to debut with a price tag in the $400/€400 range.
