Infinix has just announced the HOT 50 Pro, a new addition to its lineup that brings a fresh take on the series. While it shares some core features with the HOT 50 Pro+, one noticeable difference is the lack of a curved display, giving it a distinct look. The HOT 50 Pro also has a slightly thicker build at 7.4mm and weighs in at 190 grams, offering a solid feel for those who prefer a bit of heft in their device.
The Infinix HOT 50 Pro comes with a vibrant 6.78-inch flat AMOLED display, offering crisp FHD+ resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate—though it lacks Corning Gorilla Glass for added screen protection. Under the hood, the device is powered by a Helio G100 octa-core processor, backed by 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage, with the flexibility to expand via microSD up to a whopping 2TB.
Camera-wise, the HOT 50 Pro sports a 50-megapixel main sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor, while an 8-megapixel front camera handles selfies. Running on XOS 14.5 based on Android 14, it packs a reliable 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W charging over USB Type-C. Additional features include stereo speakers, an IP54 water and dust resistance rating, and an in-display fingerprint sensor for quick access.
