Huawei is gearing up to unveil five exciting new devices on September 19 at a keynote event in Barcelona, Spain. The showcase will feature the highly anticipated Huawei Watch GT 5 series, which will be joined by two additional smartwatches and two new MatePad tablets.
This follows the recent launch of the Mate XT, the world’s first tri-folding smartphone, setting new standards for foldables. Huawei is not slowing down, even as competitors reveal their latest innovations.
The standout of the event is expected to be the Huawei Watch GT 5 series. This new lineup will incorporate the cutting-edge Huawei TruSense System, promising to track over 60 health and fitness metrics with unprecedented accuracy. It even can gauge emotional well-being, potentially making it a game-changer in the smartwatch arena.
Alongside the Huawei Watch GT 5 series, HUAWEI will introduce the Huawei Watch Ultimate, designed for golf enthusiasts with features tailored specifically for the sport. Additionally, the Huawei Watch D 2 is making waves as it might come with a next-generation blood monitoring function. Once launched, the Watch D 2 could become the first smartwatch capable of real-time blood pressure monitoring.
New HUAWEI MatePad tablets
Huawei will debut two new MatePad tablets of similar sizes. First up is the Huawei MatePad Pro 12.2″, which will feature a new Tandem OLED PaperMatte Display. This display offers anti-glare properties, is gentle on the eyes, and provides a smooth, pen-on-paper writing experience.
Alongside this, Huawei will introduce an upgraded Glide Keyboard. The second tablet in the lineup is the Huawei MatePad 12 X, promising to deliver impressive performance and features.
