The DITO HOME WOWFi Prepaid 5G modem is packed with cutting-edge technology, featuring 5G RedCap (formerly known as NR-light), which allows for higher capacities and lower latencies. It’s important to note that this technology operates exclusively on standalone 5G networks.
Setting up the Wi-Fi modem is a breeze—it’s a plug-and-play device perfect for underserved areas or locations where traditional wired communications face challenges.
The DITO Home WOWFi service offers a prepaid option with no long-term commitments. You can purchase the kit for PHP 1,990, which provides unlimited 5G access and 50GB of 4G data valid for 30 days. Alternatively, there’s a monthly subscription available for PHP 790, which offers similar benefits. Plus, if customers reload their device without interruption for 10 months, they will receive an automatic rebate.
You can purchase the modem through DITO’s e-shop or at their physical stores and kiosks, though keep in mind that their online portal is currently accessible only via mobile devices.
