DITO Telecommunity has just launched a new prepaid home Wi-Fi option. The DITO Home Prepaid Wi-Fi Unli 5G now offers speeds of up to 100Mbps.
Just like their earlier options, this one comes with a starter kit, but now it’s priced at only PHP 1,990. This includes a 5G modem, a SIM card, and unlimited data for 30 days.
Just a heads-up: there’s no lock-in period or monthly fees with this plan, unlike other providers.
Right now, the device is available in certain areas within the National Capital Region (NCR), covering 17 cities like Manila, Makati, Quezon City, and Taguig. To activate the service, make sure you’re within DITO’s 5G coverage area.
To set up your device, just register your DITO SIM using the DITO app. Insert the SIM into the modem, and once you’re ready, connect to the network using the SSID and password provided on the back of the modem.
For new data promos, you can choose between unlimited data for 30 days at PHP 790 or 80GB for 30 days at PHP 490, with data rollover included.
DITO also offers a load rebate program, letting you save PHP 1,900. You’ll get a PHP 190 rebate each month for up to 10 months when you load PHP 790 for the unlimited data plan.
