DHL Express won the E-mobility Award for EV Adoption at the 12th Philippine Electric Vehicle Summit. The award was given to companies leading the charge for EV adoption in their local logistics operations. DHL Express, which began deploying EVs in 2021, continues to expand its electric fleet annually.
This E-mobility award underscores the efforts of DHL Express to electrify its pickup and delivery fleet and promote environmental stewardship. The Electric Vehicle Association of the Philippines (eVAP) educates the public on the economic and environmental benefits of electric vehicles.
DHL Express Philippines operates 47 EVs, making up 24% of its fleet, and aims to electrify 60% of its last-mile vehicles by 2030.
