Apple Gears Up to Launch iPhone SE 4 with Apple Intelligence Early Next Year, Alongside New iPad Air and Magic Keyboard.
According to Mark Gurman, Apple plans to introduce the new iPhone SE packed with Apple Intelligence in early 2025, along with refreshed iPad Air models and an updated Magic Keyboard.
With the upcoming iPhone SE model, the company is moving away from the old home button design and embracing an edge-to-edge screen. The last iPhone to feature the home button was the iPhone SE 2022.
A previous report suggests that the new iPhone SE will feature a design similar to the standard iPhone 14. While it won’t have the Dynamic Island, it will stick with the classic notch, which indicates support for Face ID.
The company plans to bring Apple Intelligence, currently exclusive to the iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, and iPhone 16 Series, to the new iPhone SE.
While Gurman didn’t share specific details about the iPad Air, he mentioned that Apple will focus on ‘internal improvements.’
Additionally, they have plans to release an updated Magic Keyboard for the 11-inch and 13-inch iPad Air, featuring enhancements from the latest iPad Pro version
Historically, the company tends to unveil new iPhone SE and iPad Air models in March and April. It remains to be seen whether these launches will happen through a virtual event or press releases.
