Acer is making waves in the Android tablet market with the new Acer Iconia X12. This tablet boasts a 12.6-inch AMOLED display with a 2.5K resolution and quad stereo speakers, making it perfect for both entertainment and productivity.
The Iconia X12 runs on the MediaTek Helio G99 processor with 8GB of RAM and comes with Android 14 pre-installed. Its slim aluminum alloy design houses a 10,000 mAh battery with quick-charging support. The tablet features an 8MP front camera, a 13MP rear camera, and offers 256GB of internal storage, expandable up to 1TB with a microSD card.
Acer also offers a range of accessories for the Iconia X12, including an optional aluminum stylus pen, a portfolio case with an adjustable stand, and a detachable Bluetooth keyboard with a trackpad.
The Iconia X12 will hit markets in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and China starting January 2025. In the US, it will start at a tempting $349 (~PHP 20,000). Although the price is attractive, the long wait between the announcement and the actual release might dampen some excitement.
