Samsung introduced its feature with the Galaxy S24 series and subsequently expanded it to the Z Fold6 and Z Flip6. This handy option allows users to search the web by circling part of an image, text, or video, and it’s been well-received. Therefore, Samsung is now rolling out this feature to even more devices.
Samsung is bringing its Circle to Search feature to mid-range devices, including select Galaxy A series smartphones and the Galaxy Tab S9 FE and S9 FE+ tablets. The rollout starts this month for the Galaxy A55, A54, A35, A34, and the Tab S9 FE series. Availability may vary by region and model.
What is Circle to Search?
Circle to Search is a feature available on select Samsung Galaxy devices that allows users to search the internet for information about an image or text by circling it with their finger or an S-pen. This feature operates on any application that permits screen capture and requires an active internet connection to function. It provides a seamless and efficient way to obtain information without needing to leave the current app.
