Meta AI is on its way to the Philippines! You’ll soon be able to access the service via meta.ai on your browser, as well as through Meta’s apps like Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

Getting started with Meta AI is super easy! Just tap the circular icon or type @Meta AI to kick off a conversation. You can chat with different AI-powered voices, and the platform supports both English and Tagalog, so you can interact in the language you’re most comfortable with.

The company believes its service is on track to become the most popular AI assistant by the end of the year, aiming for 500 million active users each month.

As of now, a TechCrunch article mentioned that the service should be available in the Philippines today, but it looks like there’s a bit of a delay in the rollout.

What is Meta AI?

Meta AI is a company owned by Meta that develops artificial intelligence and augmented and artificial reality technologies. The AI is available in the apps, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger. It’s also available on the web and uses generative AI technology to understand and interact with humans. It can learn from your prompts, feedback, and AI messages to provide relevant responses.
